Veal Marevgo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 frozen breaded veal patties
    1/2 c. garlic croutons
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 can whole boiled onions, drained
    1 can whole mushrooms, drained
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato wedges
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to label directions; drain.
    Spread cooked noodles in a shallow 8-cup baking dish.
    Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.
    Saute veal patties about 3 minutes on each side.
    Overlap browned patties down the center of noodles; keep warm.
    Toss onions and mushrooms in same skillet.
    Brown lightly.
    Arrange around patties.
