Moroccan Lamb Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked, ground lamb
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 stick (4 oz.) butter
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 tsp. honey
    1 handful golden raisins
    salt and pepper
    8 sheets phyllo dough
Preparation
    Melt butter, add onion and cook gently until soft.
    Stir in cumin and almonds, and continue to cook until almonds are browned a little.
    Add honey and raisins.
    Drain mixture on paper towels. Mix with lamb.
    Add salt and pepper.
