Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
2 pt. light cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan.
Heat until little beads appear.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Mix well and pour into ice cream (freeze).
Makes 1 gallon.
