One-Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 c. soya meat chicken style, diced
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vegex or savorex
    2 c. water
    3 pkg. George Washington broth
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix onion, carrots, celery, green pepper, rice and chicken together and put into casserole.
    Put oil, vegex, water, broth and soup into saucepan and cook for 3 minutes.
    Pour sauce over casserole and mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
