Beef Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped ground pepper
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded celery
Preparation
    Cut olives into large pieces.
    Brown beef in oil; remove meat and drain.
    To oil, add celery, onions, ground pepper and rice. Cook, stirring with fork, until browned.
    Add tomatoes, water, seasonings, meat and olives; bring to a boil.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
