Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. chilled Milnot (whipped)
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped carrots
    2 Tbsp. chopped radishes
Preparation
    Heat pineapple, sugar and lemon to a rolling boil.
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add to pineapple mixture and cool.
    Then add cheese, Milnot and salad dressing.
    Let set in dish approximately 6 to 9 hours.
    Shortly before serving, sprinkle on top the rest of ingredients.
