Imperial Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Deluxe or lump crab meat (try not to mash)
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
1 strip pimiento
1/3 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt and a little pepper
1 egg
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Saute green pepper in the butter.
Mix together with the remaining ingredients, except for mayonnaise.
Put in individual shells or casserole dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Spread top of each crab shell or the casserole with mayonnaise and broil only until brown.
