Broccoli Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baked potatoes, halved
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    shredded cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 heads broccoli cooked, drained, and chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Scoop out potato halves, leaving 1/4 in shell. Mix potato pulp with remaining ingredients. Fill potato shell with mixture, mounding slightly. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. 6 servings.
