Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 chopped head cabbage
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped red pepper
    1 chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil.
    Place cabbage, onion, red pepper and green pepper in large bowl.
    Pour hot vinegar solution over cabbage mixture.
    Let stand 2 hours, then cover and refrigerate.
    Keeps about 1 month.
