Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. soda
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. allspice (optional)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with a fork until moist.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. Remove from oven; cool on rack.
When cake is cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
