Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening or margarine
Preparation
    Mix together
    yeast
    and water.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix together and
    cover in bowl.
    Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down\tand
    work
    flour in to make stiff dough. Make rolls. Let rise
    in
    greased pan.\tBake at 425\u00b0 about 20 minutes.\tUnused dough may be stored in refrigerator.
