Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coarsely chopped carrots
    5 c. thin sliced zucchini (unpeeled)
    2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Place carrots in saucepan.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini; boil 5 minutes longer.
