Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine above ingredients in electric mixer.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
Ice with cream cheese icing.
