German Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 slices bacon
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook spinach in water until done.
    Fry bacon.
    Remove from pan.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Mix onion, cracker crumbs and beaten egg with the spinach.
    Add pepper.
    Sprinkle chopped bacon on top.
