Ingredients

no stick cooking spray
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. skim milk
1 pkg. oat bran muffin mix
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coat baking sheets with spray; set aside.
Cream sugar and margarine in a mixing bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
Drop by level tablespoonfuls two inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
Makes about 30 (2-inch) cookies.
