2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt; cream butter. Add sugar and cream well. Add eggs and beat. Add flour, mixing well. Add vanilla and coconut. Chill dough until firm enough to roll. Roll dough 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board. Cut with floured 3-inch cutter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
