Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, beaten eggs, milk, salt, carrots, vanilla and spices.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 375\u00b0 oven.
