Cajun Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast, cooked and cubed (reserve broth)
    1 lb. link sausage, sliced
    2 cans corn, drained
    2 cans green beans, drained
    5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    roux (oil and flour cooked very brown)
    1 onion, chopped
    seasoning to taste
    broth from roast
    water
Preparation
    Make a roux (dark, thick gravy).
    Add broth from roast and water until a thin gravy.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until potatoes are done.
    Server over rice.
