Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 eggs
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, onion, parsley, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 jar of sauce.
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Put 1 part in bottom of loaf pan; sprinkle with half of cheese.
    Repeat meat, cheese, then rest of meat.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
