Fabulous Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal or turkey
1 bell pepper
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 onion
1 tsp. oregano
dash of Tabasco
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 small cans tomato paste
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 level Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. rosemary
2 bay leaves
2 c. dry red wine

Preparation

Chop all ingredients as fine as possible.
Cook meat in olive oil and butter until done, not browned.
Add all other ingredients and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
