Apple Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. peeled and diced tart apples
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Combine rest of ingredients and add to dry mixture.
    Use right amount of milk to make right consistency batter.
    Fry in deep hot fat (365\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) until done, which will take about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
