Newfoundland Lobster Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 freshly boiled lobsters, shelled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small minced onion
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Cut lobster into bite-size pieces and toss with ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves.
