Marbled Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. milk
4 egg yolks, divided
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Slowly stir in milk and cook.
Stir constantly until thickened and bubbly.
Remove 1 cup of the mixture and place it into another saucepan.
Place 2 egg yolks into each of 2 small bowls.
Beat lightly.
