Banana Bread(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/3 c. honey
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1 1/3 mashed ripe bananas
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
With electric mixer, blend water and honey.
Beat in egg.
Add banana; blend in.
In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add to banana mixture; stir in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
Yields 1 loaf.
