Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. granulated sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add strawberries (with liquid), eggs, oil and pecans and mix just enough to blend in.
Pour into two large, greased loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
Remove from pans and cool on rack.
Makes two loaves.
