Chinese Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cooked beef, diced or shredded
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 bouillon cube
Preparation
    Cook rice in oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, stirring constantly so as not to burn.
    Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce.
    Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes more.
