Low-Fat Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs (2 egg whites, 2 whole)
    6 bananas, mashed
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, applesauce and sugar together.
    Add eggs and bananas; beat well.
    Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt to first mixture with milk and vanilla.
    Beat well and stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 2 large loaves.
