Boggs' Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Place in shallow baking pan.
    In saucepan, melt butter; add dressing mix and dry mustard.
    Baste pieces with mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour, basting often.
