Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced, cooked summer squash
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
Stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Slice and cook squash until just tender and drain. Combine with sour cream, soup, onion and water chestnuts. Top with stuffing mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
