Hu Nang Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium size shrimp (31 to 35)
    1 onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. white wine
    2 tsp. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel shrimp.
    Add wine, water, cornstarch and salt.
    Mix with shrimp.
    Chop onion.
    Turn to high heat.
    Heat vegetable oil and add shrimp.
    Saute until shrimp changes color.
    Check both sides of shrimp (about 3 minutes).
    Remove shrimp.
    Saute onions 1 minute.
    Add shrimp, sugar and the tomato sauce.
    Remove and stir 1 minute.
    Serve.
