Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

6 pork loin chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. seasoned flour
3/4 c. milk
6 c. sliced potatoes
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Take pork chops, roll in seasoned flour and brown on both sides in hot frypan with oil.
While chops are browning, take soup and milk and mix together to make sauce.
Put potatoes in baking pan (13 x 9-inch).
Put pork chops on top of potatoes and pour soup over evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
