Creamy Strawberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    28 oz. bottle ginger ale
    1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet, softened
    fresh strawberries (optional)
Preparation
    Place thawed strawberries in blender container.
    Process until pureed.
    Pour into punch bowl.
    Add ginger ale and sherbet.
    Stir until creamy.
    Serve immediately.
    Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
    Makes about 1 gallon.
