Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 eggs, divided
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    In a heavy cooking pan or double boiler, combine milk, evaporated milk, vanilla and butter. In a mixing bowl, mix together sugar, flour and cocoa. Divide eggs; set aside whites. Beat yolks and stir into liquid in cooking pan. Heat on medium and gradually stir in the dry mixture. Continue to stir well. When mixture thickens, remove from heat and beat until smooth. Pour into baked pie shell.
