Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. diced apples
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, flour, soda a little salt and vanilla together. Add other ingredients. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a large tube pan.
