Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika and pepper.
    Coat chicken in flour mixture.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and melt.
    Put floured chicken in pan, skin side down.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Mix together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, onion, thyme and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Turn chicken when done baking; pour mixture over the chicken.
    Bake for 30 minutes; garnish with pineapple slices the last 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
