Baked Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean shoulder pork chops
flour, pepper and salt (for dredging)
1/2 slice lemon per chop
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Dredge pork chops with flour, pepper and salt.
Brown in a little hot fat on both sides.
(Drain off excess fat after browning.)
Put a 1/2 slice of lemon on each chop.
Mix ketchup, water and brown sugar; pour over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until done, time depending on thickness of the chops.
You might have to add a little water in latter part of baking if sauce cooks down too much.
