Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    chopped green onion
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cream ingredients together.
    Spread on flour tortillas.
    Roll up and wrap in Saran Wrap (jelly roll fashion).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into pieces.
    Serve with picante sauce.
