Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/3 c. oil
2 cloves garlic (with toothpicks through them)
6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 head cauliflower
1 red onion, sliced
1 c. black pitted olives
1 head lettuce
Preparation

Mix salt and mustard; add vinegar and stir.
Add garlic, parsley and oil.
Marinate cauliflower (in florets), onions and olives overnight.
Drain before serving and mix with shredded lettuce. Remove garlic and pour liquid over salad.
