Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. raw apples, peeled and grated
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon 3 times and set aside. In another bowl mix oil and sugar together, adding one egg at a time.
    Beat well after each egg.
    Add flour mixture to oil mixture and mix well.
    Add apple and pecans, mix well.
    Then add vanilla. Grease and flour tube cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
