Jack-O-Lantern Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
    1/2 c. Russian-style dressing
    3 Tbsp. chopped black olives
Preparation
    Line 8-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap; lightly oiled. Process cheeses and salad dressing in food processor until well blended.
    Spread cheese mixture into pan.
    Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Use ends of plastic wrap to remove cheese from pan and invert onto serving plate.
    Smooth top and sides of cheese with small metal spatula.
    Use a toothpick to draw outline of eyes, nose and mouth of Jack-O-Lantern.
    Fill in outlines with black olives. Serve at room temperature.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Yields about 3 1/2 c. cheese spread.
    Can also make a football for Super Bowl.
