Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. mild or hot sausage
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp or mild), grated
Preparation

Mix together with hands.
Form small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
May be frozen and cooked later.
