Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. green pepper (if desired)
    1 small can pimentos, chopped and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Mix ingredients together, except for pecans.
    Mix in half of pecans.
    Save half to roll cheese ball in.
