Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3/4 lb. broccoli, cut up
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Melt the cube of margarine in heavy saucepan.
    Stir in flour; cook a few minutes while stirring.
    Slowly add milk and broth, stirring constantly.
    Let soup come slowly to a low boil.
    Saute broccoli pieces and chopped onion in 1 tablespoon margarine; add vegetables to the soup.
    Add garlic and white pepper.
    Cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
