Black Pepper Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork spareribs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put spareribs in a baking pan in a single layer.
    Generously salt and pepper both sides of ribs.
    Bake for 30 minutes on each side (1 hour total).
    Serve right away.
