Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry jello
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix together pretzels, margarine and sugar. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool completely; bring to boil pineapple juice. Add jello and strawberries. Chill until slightly set; set aside. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add Cool Whip and spread over. Top with strawberry mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
