Cherry Cheese Miniatures - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 doz. vanilla wafers
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Preparation

Place wafers in paper baking cups.
Soften cream cheese.
Mix in sugar, juice and vanilla.
Add eggs and beat well.
Spoon into cups.
Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 15 minutes.
Top with pie filling.
