Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add 3/4 cup of the nuts. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir only until the flour is moistened.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining nuts over the top of the loaf.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
