Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
1 c. mashed banana
4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside.
Combine other ingredients.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add moist ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool completely on rack.
