Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. crumbled cornbread
    2 c. crumbled toast crumbs
    4 1/2 c. chicken, pork or turkey stock
    3 boiled eggs
    1 c. grated celery
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1/2 c. grated bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix cornbread with bread crumbs and add boiling stock.
    Cover and set for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add chopped boiled eggs, celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Bake in a well-greased pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Since stock and bread are already seasoned, add salt and pepper only if desired.
    Makes 8 cups.
