Mexican Green Chili Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green Mexican chilies, drained
2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, slightly beaten
5 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 12 x 8-inch glass pan. Spread chopped green chilies on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle both cheeses over chilies.
Beat eggs; add milk and flour.
Mix until blended.
Add garlic powder, salt and hot sauce.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until set and brown.
Don't let edges brown too quickly; cover with tinfoil lip if necessary.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
Can be kept warm in a 200\u00b0 oven if wrapped in tinfoil.
